Jitt offers 7 days money-back guaranteed for our paid subscription (excluding Jitt Enterprise Analytics - Custom Solutions). In order to request a refund, please contact support by creating a new ticket and selecting the billing department to forward your redirect your request to the right department.

Please also explain your reason behind your decision, so we can better understand. You'll receive a reply about the refund confirmation by email.

Once your request approved and processed, it might take up to 5 to 7 business days to receive the credit back to your credit card.
