How to cancel and get a refund?

If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions.

If you are within 7 days after the purchase of your subscription, you are eligible to get a full refund. In order to request cancellation, please create a ticket and select the department Billing.

Explain that you want to cancel your subscription and a full refund and the reason behind your request. Once you have sent your request, you will receive an email confirming the refund and the cancellation. Your account will be downgraded and your subscription payment refunded and cancelled.

After receiving your confirmation from our team, please allow 5-7 business days before seeing the credit (refund) back to your card.

If you are above 7 days after the purchase of your subscription. You can still cancel the subscription, but you are not entitled to a refund. You will be able to access your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, you will need to create a support ticket. Select the Billing department and explain that you want to cancel your subscription. Please also explain why you want to cancel your subscription.

You will receive by email a confirmation to confirm that your request has been fulfilled and your subscription automatic payment cancelled.

Once approved and processed you should see your credit back into your credit card within 5 to 7 business days. We have no control once the refund submitted, since this is up to your bank to get this sorted.
